Bus Charging Stations Installation The Capital Area Transit System (CATS) is a Regional Transit Authority and a Political Subdivision of the State of Louisiana operating the public transit system in East Baton Rouge Parish and the City of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. CATS is soliciting bids for a turn-key project for the facility, 10 ChargePoint Express Plus DC Fast Charger installation at 2250 Florida Blvd Baton Rouge La. 70802. CATS has all of the charging stations on site. The conduit is already in the ground from the transformer to the start of the project. The DBE Participation Goal for CATS is 20% (percent); all minority businesses are encouraged to participate.
