Bus Charging Stations Installation The Capital Area Transit System (CATS) is a Regional Transit Authority and a Political Subdivision of the State of Louisiana operating the public transit system in East Baton Rouge Parish and the City of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. CATS is soliciting bids for a turn-key project for the facility, 10 ChargePoint Express Plus DC Fast Charger installation at 2250 Florida Blvd Baton Rouge La. 70802. CATS has all of the charging stations on site. The conduit is already in the ground from the transformer to the start of the project. The DBE Participation Goal for CATS is 20% (percent); all minority businesses are encouraged to participate. CATS reserves the right to reject all of the responses and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in the responses received, to issue subsequent requests for qualifications, to cancel or change this request for qualifications, and to, at any time, approve, disapprove, reduce, expand, or cancel any or all of the work to be undertaken Question Deadline 12/19/2024 If additional information is necessary to enable Bidders to better interpret the information contained in the Invitation to Bid, written questions will be accepted via email only to catsprocurement@brcats.com CATS Responses to Questions (via addendum issued) December 30, 2024 Completion- March 14, 2025.
