The Replacement of two (2) Chillers at a Judicial Branch location in Stamford, Connecticut, in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, project manual and project drawings. Project Location: 123 Hoyt Street, Stamford, CT 06905. ALL work is to be substantially completed and ready within three hundred (300) calendar days from issuance of a ìPurchase Orderî, or as coordinated with and approved by Owner. Liquidated Damages: Five hundred dollars ($500.00) per calendar day. Question Deadline Jan 02, 2025 The State of Connecticut Judicial Branch, Purchasing Services Office is requesting quotations for the replacement oftwo (2) Chillers located at 123 Hoyt Street, Stamford, CT in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, project manual and project drawings contained herein. Contractors are to include a copy oftheir current certification(s) with the bid submission or provide a copy ofthe current certifications within 24 hours of a request for same. The scope of work bid under the specifications contained herein shall, in general, consist of the major items required to complete the work. Minor work and work incidental to or arising from any part ofthis specification may not be listed herein but shall be performed under this contract as may be necessary for the full completion ofthis project Summary Demolition of existing air-cooled chillers with remote evaporators ad chilled water pumps with new air-cooled chillers, chiller pumps, heat exchangers, primary chilled water pumps and all associated mechanical, electrical, and structural improvements as identified in the specifications, project manual and drawings.
