Acre quantities shown in this IFB are estimated and for bidding purposes only. The total acre quantity listed in the pricing schedule is representative of one (1) cycle for mowing and litter removal services as identified herein. Each mowing season is estimated to have approximately twelve (12) mowing cycles. To provide all equipment, traffic control, labor, supervision, material, and any other incidentals necessary to perform manicured mowing & litter removal services to designated areas in Prince William County (West End), in the Prince William Residency in the Northern Virginia (NOVA) District. See Attachment for list of Routes RENEWAL OF CONTRACT: This contract may be renewed by the Commonwealth for four (4) successive one (1) year periods under the terms and conditions of the original contract except as stated in 1. and 2. below. Price increases may be negotiated only at the time of renewal. Written notice of the Commonwealth's intention to renew shall be given approximately 90 days prior to the expiration date of each contract period. TERM OF CONTRACT: The contract period will be from March 1, 2025, thru February 28, 2026, with the opportunity for four (4) optional, consecutive one-year renewal terms. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 1:00 PM EST on December 23, 2024 .
