The City of Phoenix Aviation Department ("City" / "Aviation") invites sealed offers from qualified vendor(s) to supply various Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) airfield lighting maintenance and repair replacement parts on an "as-needed" basis. The Parts are necessary to ensure proper operation of the runways, taxiways, and ramp lighting systems across Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), Deer Valley Airport (DVT), and Goodyear Airport (GYR), collectively referred to as "Airports" on an as-needed basis for a three (3)-year contract term with two (2) one-year options to extend This Contract shall commence on or about March 1, 2025, in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein. The City reserves the right to change dates, times, and locations, as necessary. All times are Phoenix local time. The City does not always hold a Pre-Offer Conference or Site Visit. Question Deadline 12/10/2024 All questions that arise relating to this solicitation should be directed via email to the Procurement Officer and must be received by the due date indicated in the Schedule of Events. The City will not consider questions received after the deadline.
