Reference Number: 0000368934 The work, as specified in this Request for Bids (RFB) includes the following Work: A. Maintenance and cleaning of grass lawn areas, bioretentions, bioswales, trees, concrete infrastructure, and plantings for the project locations as assigned by DWSD. B. Cleaning and rehabilitation of circular and non-circular storm and sanitary sewers up to 24-inch in size by method of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP), spray lining, cementitious grouting, and chemical grouting. C. Providing catch basin and manhole inspection, cleaning, repairs, and replacements including structure repair, grouting, lining, and restoration work. D. Performing site cleanup and restoration including surface restoration of pavement, curbs, sidewalks, driveways, and lawn restoration. The Project includes the following Work (all quantities approximate): - 3,200 feet of PVC (SDR-26) sanitary sewer ranging in size from 8-inch to 21-inch - 22 sanitary manhole structures - 3,300 feet of CIPP lining ranging from 10-inch to 36-inch - 20 Storm structures, including inlets, catch basins and manholes - 1775 feet of 12-inch storm sewer - 81,500 SF of pavement removal and replacement - 15 potential lead water service replacements E.
