Demolition, remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Hollywood, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.

Scope of work includes but is not limited to: The Scope for Phase 1 is demolition and renovation of the existing field house. Work includes but not limited to the interior wall and slab removal with associated items and adjusting openings. Install new walls, power, IT, controls and fire alarm with adjustments to HVAC system and the plumbing installation. It includes floor wall and ceiling finishes and equipment as per plans. The Scope for Phase 2 is broken into sections. Area 1 is the field house addition and hardscape. Area 2 is the replacement and installation of the new Pressbox along with required hardscape. Area 3 is the ticket canopy and new entry gate. Items include, power, masonry, finishes as per plans. There will be at least two addenda. The first confirms the Prebid and question date changes. Addendum two will include these meeting minutes along with any questions generated. All questions are due by 12/10/24 at noon so there will be adequate time to generate and issue an Addendum If additional visits are required by contractors, a time needs to be established for site visits. Everyone is to email Cumming back with the date they wish to visit. Visits can take place at any point. If anyone wants to wait until after school hours; school dismisses at 2:25pm. Cumming will inform the school ofsite visits, and everyone needs to check in at the office before reviewing the area. The following scope of work (and/or special conditions) is considered a part of the bid requirements for this project. All terms and conditions as outlined in the project plans, specifications and amendments shall apply.
