The project involves replacing the roof of the buildings for the North Shore Park Tennis Center, which have a standard roofing system. Contractor shall visit the site to verify the estimated quantities, repair locations, and overall conditions of the existing site. Contractor to prep all surfaces, including grinding off all existing coatings and thoroughly pressure-cleaning the entire roof. Contractor is responsible for a building department permit and submitting roofing shop drawings in coordination with the as-built for approval. Manufacturers 20-year NDL warranty cost to be included in project bid. Contractor to provide minimum 1-year warranty for materials and workmanship.
