Renovation of a fire / police facility in Bend, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Project includes the replacement of an existing alerting system that Deschutes County 9-1-1 ("Dispatch") uses to alert City crews to respond (via audible tones and recorded dialogue). Question Deadline 12/24/2024 City must receive requests for changes, in writing, a minimum of ten working days prior to the deadline for submitting a Bid. Any questionsregarding the bid document should be submitted to the Issuing Officer only via the Citys Portal The City of Bend reserves the right to: 1) modify, revise or withdraw this request for proposal, 2) reject any or all proposal(s) not in compliance with public solicitation procedures and requirements, 3) select contractor on the basis of the proposals or to conduct interviews with the highest qualified proposers after scoring, 4) seek clarifications of any or all proposals, and 5) to select the proposal which appears to be in the best interest of the City.
