The Town is requesting a qualified contractor to design, supply, deliver and install one (1) double-sided, 120 niche curved columbarium structure at the Stouffville Cemetery, located at 12118 Tenth Line, Stouffville, ON L4A 6B8. The columbarium structure shall fall within the Bereavement Authority of Ontario and Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act's definition of a small-scale columbarium. "Small scale columbarium" means a columbarium having a total volume of less than 15 cubic metres or 530 cubic feet, not including markers affixed to the structure (O. Reg. 130/92).
