Certified Check or Bid Bond for five percent (5%) of total bid payable to Wayne County must accompany each proposal. Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by a letter qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular bid, and such proposals will not be considered in making the award. By use of the website the plan holders shall be able to view and obtain hard copies of the Plans and Specifications and/or also have the opportunity to submit an official bid online. All hard copy proposals shall be directed to the attention of The Wayne County Board of Supervisors with the outside of the envelope marked "WCBS-103-24 Interior Renovations Project". The contractor shall indicate certificate of responsibility number on the outside of the envelope. Online bids shall be submitted, accepted, and opened as instructed in the contract documents.
