The Project generally consists of: 1. Installation of approximately 23,600 linear feet of new 42 and 48-inch water main and associated fittings, valves, and appurtenances along the northwest side of FM 428, then north along Smiley Road, and finally west along of Celina Road. 2. The Project also includes construction of a point of delivery site with a control valve and meter. 3. The Project is a Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) funded project and must comply with all TWDB requirements and stipulations including but not limited to environmental restrictions, American Iron and Steel certifications, affirmative steps certifications, and Davis Bacon wage rate certifications.
