Renovation of an educational facility in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

ESTIMATED BASE BID COST RANGE: $110,000 to $130,000. SCOPE OF WORK: Installation of a new fused disconnect switch Installation of a new underground conduit run Demolishing existing conduits Installation of new exterior conduits New wall penetrations Patching and painting existing wall penetrations Pullbox, Conduit and conductors Trenching. Voluntary numerical MWBE goals of 10% MBE and 8% WBE have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged. However no minimum level of MWBE participation shall be required as a condition of contract award. Bids will not be rejected or considered nonresponsive if they do not include MWBE participation. The State reserves the right to accept, or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
