Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Columbus (hereinafter "City") is accepting bids for Reservoir ADA Kayak Launches, the work for which consists of demolition, excavation, and concrete placement and incidental items to install ADA kayak launches, and supporting amenities located at Griggs Reservoir Park and O'Shaughnessy Reservoir Park, corresponding hard surfaces and ADA parking, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, plans and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications. Notice to Proceed/contract Completion The City anticipates issuing a notice to proceed on or about September 8th, 2025. It is desired to have a launch operational in time for the 2026 summer watercraft season. The work is to be substantially complete by April 30th, 2026. All work is to be complete by June 30th, 2025 A pre-bid conference will NOT be held. MBE/WBE GOAL FOR THIS CONTRACT: 0% Question Deadline 06/09/2025 Questions pertaining to the drawings, plans, specifications, IFB, and/or other contract documents must be submitted in writing to the Department of Recreation & Parks by email to Project Manager Jamie Schlichting at JPSchlichting@columbus.gov
