Replacement of approximately 222 luminaires and 120 light poles. 2. Installation of approximately 49,000 feet of HDPE conduit, and 1,100 feet of flexible conduit 3. Installation of 156,000 feet of #6 AWG conductors, 13,300 feet of #12 AWG conductors 4. Installation of approximately 324 Quazite pull boxes 5. Installation of approximately 660 submersible splice blocks 6. Landscape restoration of 1,300 square yards in terraces using sod and topsoil depending on area size, and potential for some concrete sidewalk and asphalt pavement 7. Installation of 1 240/480V lighting control cabinet, meter pedestal, and concrete base The letting of work is subject to the provisions of Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check payable to the Village of Shorewood equal to 5% of the largest possible total bid. The successful bidder's failure to execute the contract and furnish the performance bond within 10 days after the award shall cause the bid bond or check to be forfeited to the Village as liquidated damages in accordance with Section 62.15(3) of the Wisconsin Statutes. The Village of Shorewood reserves the right to accept any bid most advantageous to the Village, waive any technicality, or reject any or all bids. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date without the consent of the Village.
