Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Deer Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Village of Deer Park does hereby invite sealed bids for Town Center Park. Work will include temporary soil erosion and sediment control, site preparation, earthwork, storm utilities, crushed stone paving, asphalt paving, concrete paving, curbs, and footings, picnic shelter installation, playground equipment installation, play surfacing (engineered wood fiber), sport court color coating, chain-link fence and pickleball net and post installation, cast-in-place concrete seat walls, site furnishing installation, electrical work, native seeding, turf grass seeding and landscaping. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Village of Deer Park. The Village of Deer Park reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. No submitted bid may be withdrawn until a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of the Village of Deer Park.
