Reference Number 0000369940 Wayne County, hereinafter referred to as "County," is requesting qualifications from all interested providers of High-Speed Internet/Broadband (hereafter "broadband") services to partner with the County to provide Fiber-To-The-Premise (FTTP) internet service to locations that would have previously been served by the FCC Rural Digital Opportunity Fund (RDOF) that are no longer part of that program. Within this solicitation the County is providing locations to be served under this initiative. The goal of this solicitation is to bring service to every Broadband Serviceable Location (BSL) not currently being served through other efforts at the local, State, or National level. The County will only consider responses that bring service to every identified BSL on the list provided. Responses to this solicitation should include a description of qualifications and the business model description of the Public-Private Partnership.
