TIMELINE: As of October 8, 2026, this project has been placed on hold per the owner. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The University of Toledo ("UToledo") is soliciting qualifications for professional Architect/Engineer ("A/E") Services associated with the renovation, addition, and conversion of space in the Health Education Center ("HE"), located on Main Campus into a transformational complex that will house student-athlete dining, nutrition, well-being, academic and operational support. HE is an approximately 79,000 SF building which was originally built in 1967.
