**As of January 31,2025, project was awarded to Muller Construction, awarded amount is $147,371.40.* Provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to replace the South Hall East entrance doors at the Las Vegas Convention Center, located at 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV. Additionally, install card readers to enhance access control at the specified entrance. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to replace the South Hall East entrance doors and install card readers. The project includes demolition, installation, and coordination of access control systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards. Question Deadline 12/30/2024 at 3:00 PM PT Participation in a mandatory pre-bid job walk is required. In order for Contractor to be able to arbitrate any claim, dispute or other matter in question between the parties, written notice of its intention to arbitrate such claim, dispute or other matter must be given to Authority, with three (3) copies thereof to the Nevada Arbitration Association or American Arbitration Association as selected by Authority within six (6) calendar months after the claim, dispute or other matter arises. Scope Includes but is Not Limited To: 1. Site Preparation & Demolition: Clean and prepare thresholds. Cut out and repour thresholds (minimum 12 inches wide, 3 inches deep) for new door installation. Dispose of all job debris offsite, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations. Manage hazardous material protocols if encountered. 2. Door Installation: Furnish and install door pairs and hardware per drawings, matching the existing vestibule doors. 3. Access Control: Provide conduits from door frames to service boxes for strike power, request-toexit (REX), card readers, and door position sensors (DPS). Install required cabling from the access control cabinet in TRS1D to the doors for REX, DPS, and crash bar power. Install (2) HID card readers, door contacts, and crash bar hardware.
