Gate Valves and fire hydrants will be installed along the water amain to allow proper operational control of the distribution system and to serve the customers in the 75 residences that will be provided a public water source as a result of this project. This project will receive funding assistance from the South Carolina Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP) and will require that the project participants adhere to the requirements of that Agency, as indicated within the Contract Documents. This includes compliance with Contract Work Hours, Safety Standards Act, and Davis-Bacon Wage Rates. Debarred or Suspended individuals or entities are prohibited from working on the project. Provision of a Unique Identity ID # will be required for payment purposes. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project.
