Renovation of a fire / police facility in Templeton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,560-square-foot fire / police facility.
Remove old flooring, install new flooring in Police Station . Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Scope of Work Outline Note: This is a general outline of the work to be performed. It is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of requirements. Other work may need to be performed in addition to the outlined work, and it is the responsibility of the general contractor to include the complete scope of work in their bid submission. The general scope of work is as follows: Furnish all labor, material and equipment to remove and replace flooring, as outlined below: 1. Remove current flooring;2. Supply and install 1/4 inch underlayment; 3. supply and install carpet tiles in approximately 384 square foot area; 4. supply and install rubber raised tiles in approximately 1,560 square foot area; 5. supply and install vinyl cove base; 6. supply interface step repeat entry mat Questions must be received, in writing (by hand or by mail to the above address), by email (alamontagne@templetonma.gov), by Adam Lamontagne, Town Administrator, no later than 2:00 p.m. on December 10, 2024. It is the bidder's responsibility to view and account for any addendums relating to this request. These will be posted on the Town web site no later than 4:30 p.m. on December 11, 2024.
