The intent of this solicitation is to improve the forty-four (44) landscape beds along the I-30 corridor (from Center Street to AT&T Way/Baird Farm Road) and shall include all labor, materials, miscellaneous parts, equipment, and tools needed to compete the services as awarded. This contract is for ornamental landscape bed improvements as specified in Attachments A and B, and will include removing old plant material, irrigation repair, purchase and installation of new plants and rock material. This contract will not include the mowing, trimming, or edging of turf.
