The Solanco District is issuing this bid for the installation of a Navien tankless water system at the High School located at 585 Solanco Rd Quarryville, PA 17566. You are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with this bid for the following Project: Solanco School District Navien tankless wáter system High School SCOPE OF WORK: General Provisions/Information of Contractor's Work: Definition: The word "Provide" meansto furnish and install by contractor. Contractorshall provide a turnkey labor installation, which includes the following services and their associated costs: 1) Provide four (4) Navien NPE 240A Tankless Water Heaters per the attached specifications sheet. 2) Provide and install 2'' copper water supply and distribution drop legs extensions to make the connection to the inlet and outlet of Navien Ready-Link 4SS manifold. 3) Abandon 3'' PVC exhaust stack with roof penetration and construct a new 4'' PVS exhaust manifold with a new horizontal run to exterior wall penetration. 4) The water heaters consist of mounting hot and cold water 2''copper manifold, gas manifold, regulators to step down 2 psi natural gas, racking system, manifolds, gas water and electric. 5) On the 2'' water inlet side of the Navien 4SS Ready-Link manifold a poly-phosphate injection point for heater exchanger corrosion prevention will be constructed. 6) Provide Commercial permitting per local Municipality Code. 7) Provide Insurance certificated listed the names of the additionally insured. 8) Provide ACT 151, ACT 34 and State Police Background Checks for the employees and sub- contractors. 9) Prevailing wage act: The contractorshall comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage ACT, 43 P.C. 165-1 er seq. 10) Provide the proposed equipment in compliance with the engineered drawings, specifications, and manufacturers installation guidelines. 11) Submit final plans, specifications and equipmentsubmittal information for review and approval. 12) Provide onsite project supervision for the duration of the proposed project scope of work. 13) Provide Company Safety Plan prior to the commencement of work. 14) Provide owner training as required. 15) Provide Equipment warranty information 16) Provide all project closeout documents as required. .
