Demolition, site work and new construction of a residential development in Texas City, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The City of Texas City is requesting sealed solicitations from qualified companies to reconstruct a two (2) bedroom, two (2) bathroom Single Family structure. Written questions regarding the content of this ITB are due via email by December 11, 2024 at 9:00 am. All questions will be answered in the form of an addendum. The City of Texas City reserves the right to waive any minor informality or irregularity, reject any or all bids, and accept the bid(s), which, in its opinion, is most advantageous to the City. No taxes are to be included in the bid as the City of Texas City is exempt from paying them.
