City of Snohomish Request for Qualifications Professional Services for Intersection Improvement Projects The City of Snohomish is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified consultant engineering firms to provide services for "Intersection Improvement Projects". The successful consultant(s) will be required to sign the City's Professional Services Agreement. The City will not sign any company's service agreement, contract, or other form of agreement. Consultants must be licensed to conduct business in the State of Washington and obtain a City endorsement on their business license prior to contract execution. All services must be performed or supervised by person appropriately licensed and registered under Washington State laws governing the practice. Consultants shall be knowledgeable of the current City, State and Federal regulations. Consultant must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, provide equal opportunity employment, and shall not discriminate against client, employee, or applicant for employment, or for services because of race, creed, color, religion, national origin, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, age or handicap. The consultant is responsible for verifying that the email is received by Yoshihiro Monzaki. Consultant(s) to provide engineering services for two intersection improvement projects located at Bickford Avenue/Ridge Avenue/19th Place; and Second Street/Pine Avenue that would include an analysis to determine the most effective intersection control (traffic signal or roundabout) at both intersections, topographic surveys, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and other associated work. The City will select one or two qualified consultant(s) for the projects to perform all tasks as described in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
