** As of 1/13/2025 project has been awarded to Holmes Heating and Cooling LLC but the awarded amount is not available.** Cherokee Nation Businesses, LLC, a tribal corporation of the Cherokee Nation, is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of an HVAC unit located at the Pryor Distribution Facility in Pryor, OK. Cherokee Nation Property Management is seeking qualified mechanical contractors to install (1) packaged unit cooling/gas heat unit located at our Pryor Distribution Facility. Pryor Distribution unit Scope of work is as follows; a. Remove old Rheem unit. b. Move gas pipe to new location beyond new concrete pad. c. Extend concrete pad to 3 ft beyond new unit dimensions. d. Install duct transitions. e. Add necessary ducts to feed perimeter offices on East wall. f. Install thermostat. g. Start-up and test. This is an occupied building where employees will be in and out daily, portions must be cordoned off for work areas and no person is to enter without proper CNB escort. Any person(s) entering building with escort must be a U.S. citizen. Contractor will be expected to follow all state and federal laws related to a safe working environment along with state/local codes. Unit Specifications; a. Trane Voyager 20t Package unit b. Thermostat-Honeywell T6pro model 6220 The Owner intends that if an acceptable proposal is received, the selected firm will be notified in writing within 10 business days of the bid opening. Any bid received after the time set for opening of Bids, shall not be considered and will be returned. It is the intention of CNB that if an acceptable bid is received, the Contract will be awarded within 30 days of bid opening. CNB reserves the right to issue one award, multiple awards, or reject all bids.
