If a TENDER wishes to ask a question or seek clarification on any aspect of the Tender any aspect of the Invitation to Tender or the Tender Documents, it must send it by e-mail to the File Representative identified at the beginning of these Conditions, specifying the number and title of the Invitation to Tender. The PRINCIPAL reserves the right not to consider any question or request for clarification if sent less than TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTEEN (216) hours before the closing date and time for receipt of Tenders. Visits are individual. The APPLICANT must make an appointment with the PRINCIPAL's authorized representative: Ms Julie Marineau at juliemarineau@shawinigan.ca or 819-536-7200 ext. 1234.
