Electronic Security System upgrade which includes new and replacement surveillance cameras, coordinated upgrade and replacement of DVMS (digital video management systems) recording devices and coordinated surveillance network installation in designated distribution frame rooms. Programming and commissioning with PPS, OTIS and Security teams will be part of the project deliverables along with defined as-built documentation. In addition to the surveillance system work, intrusion alarm system upgrades will occur at specific locations identified in the package. This work will include replacement of control panels, zone expanders and keypads as well as a full system reprogramming, testing and demonstration Contractor must include a schedule that includes work and a completion timeline with anticipated man power requirements per site.
