Site work for a civil project in Englewood, Colorado. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of March 27, 2025, construction has not started. Construction is anticipated to start July 2025. The principal work to be performed under this contract includes the following: Perform CCTV inspection of 6 grit piping Remove and replace 3 Bar Screens Demolish existing Jib Crane and install two (2) new Wall mounted Jib Cranes Demolish and Replace motors for Raw Sewage Pumps 1 & 2 Furnish and install new Screenings Pump Wet Well and associated valves and instruments. Construct new Screenings Pump Wet Well Metal Platform Furnish and install new Screenings Pumps 1 & 2 and associated piping and instruments Scopes of work needed: Metals (supply and install), Metal Fabricators, Coatings, Pump Motors, Wall Mounted Jib Crane (supply and install), Process Pipe (supply) Please direct your questions to lead estimator Tyler Hammond - thammond@pcl.com/ 469-766-2929 Payment & Performance Bonds may be required & bonding assistance is available.
