Site work for a water / sewer project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The rehabilitation of approximately 50 sewer manholes by coating structures, repairing voids, casting adjustments and modifications throughout the City. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. pre bid notes : There will also be an online meeting at the same time with the meeting details provided through online. Prospective bidders may attend in person, or the online meeting. No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid. Question Deadline 12/30/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Design Manager in writing.
