Green Valley Administration Building Low Voltage Project Furnish all materials and labor for the Green Valley Administration Building Low Voltage Project. Upon arrival, please check-in at the front information desk for room location. Please allow sufficient time for this, as late bids will not be accepted. A brief description of work in the project follows: The project scope consists of supplying and installing new low voltage communications cabling and associated fixtures and hardware throughout the existing building. Refer to the contract documents (drawings and specifications) for a full description of the project scope. A 5% Bid Bond and 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required for this project. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 60 days. E-Verify Requirements: This project requires the awarded vendor to comply with the requirements of E-Verify. (U.S. law requiring companies to employ only individuals who may legally work in the United States - either U.S. citizens, or foreign citizens who have the necessary authorization.)
