Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Urbandale, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The ROCKLYN PARK SHELTER shall include: 1. Repair of glue lam arch 2. Decking repair 3. Roofing replacement If you have any questions or need further information, please call 278-3930. Estimate: $30,000 Performance Bond and Payment Provisions. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, said bond to be issued by a responsible surety and shall guarantee the faithful performance of the contract and the terms and conditions therein contained and shall guarantee the prompt payment for all materials and labor and protect and save harmless the City, from claims and damages of any kind caused by the operation of the Contractor. Contractor shall fully complete the project by May 1, 2025. The City of Urbandale reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Time for Commencement and Completion of Work. Work on the improvement shall be commenced immediately upon approval of the contract by the Council and be completed as stated below.
