The Iberville Parish Council complies with Louisiana Public Bid Law (La. R.S. 38:2211-2261). All bidders must comply with the provisions of La.R.S. 38:2212.10. The purchaser will not accept any bids which do not meet these requirements. It shall be the responsibility of the bidder to assure that their proposal arrives at the proper location by the time indicated. Late proposals, telegrams, facsimile, or telephone bids will not be considered. Bids will not be considered from firms, individuals, or the same owners of separate companies submitting more than one bid. Please note Iberville Parish Councils Work Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30 am-5:00 pm Friday: 7:30 am-11:30 pm Bid prices must be good for the period January - December 2025. Each item will be awarded separately. Mailed and hand delivered bids should be in a Sealed bid envelope and clearly marked on the outside 2025 Various Roads Material Bid. Bidders name and address must also be clearly indicated on the envelope. The Parish Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality.
