Site work and paving for a civil project in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Construction of Capacity Work Group 2 as identified in Appendix J of the October 10, 2020, Capacity Assessment and Remedial Measures Plan. This contract is for the improvements associated with Sewer Site 13a2 which consist of the following: The project includes: Sewer Line A consisting of approximately 4,265 linear feet of 42-in diameter gravity sanitary sewer line, 2,997 linear feet of 36-in diameter sanitary sewer line, 3,361 linear feet of 24-in diameter sanitary sewer lines, 3,449 linear feet of 18-in diameter sanitary sewer lines, and 4,069 linear feet of 15-in and smaller sanitary sewer lines, manholes, UPRR bores, highway bores, laterals, pavement repairs, and associated gravity sewer appurtenances. Question Deadline 01/10/2025 Questions concerning this project shall be submitted 72 hours prior to bid opening through online. All questions shall be submitted by Friday, January 10 th at noon. Estimate: $31,000,000.00. Calendar Days: 720 Liquidated Damages: Refer to section 16.12.3 of General Conditions
