Site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Quebec, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for the addition of a 51,246-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility.
Reference number: 20023509 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-01-03 The Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC) is seeking the services of a general construction contractor for this project. Briefly, the project involves the complete or partial deconstruction of existing buildings to make way for the construction and integration of a new building. The current Centre Lebourgneuf was built in 1978 and extended in 1985. The Maintain du Centre Lebourgneuf project involves the construction of a multi-story building that will house around 315 administrative workstations, operational services and common areas for drivers, maintenance and administrative staff. It will enable services to be centralized in suitable premises. It will also solve a number of functional and dilapidated problems caused in particular by pyrite. The project is scheduled to take 41 months to complete, with a probable start date of 10 March 2025.
