Site work and paving for a road / highway in Midland, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bidder agrees to perform all work for 2025 Midland County Pavement Maintenance Project described in the Specifications and shown on the Plans, for the following unit prices. The scope of work on this bid proposal includes Pothole Repairs only. All Single-Course Seal Coat and Striping will be completed by others. Time charges for this project will be calendar days. The time established for the completion of all work covered by this contract is 150 days (5 months). Days will be charged Sunday through Saturday, including all holidays, regardless of weather conditions, material availability, or other conditions not under the control of the contractor. Sunday work will be limited to items not requiring inspection, quality assurance testing or oversight of any kind. Liquidated damages daily rate = $500/ calendar day beyond contract time limit. Question Deadline 01/09/2025 at 5:00 PM CT online submission.
