The projected budget for this Design-Build project which includes all design services, engineering services, all architectural services, all permitting, all construction services, quantity identification, project design, labor hours, subcontractor fees, material prices, equipment cost, indirect cost, and profit is between $600,000.00 to $1,2000,000.00. The total cost for the whole project is not to exceed the amount of $1,200,000.00.
