Construction of the Saint-Joachim multiuse center in the Jean-Gamelin park in St-Joachim-de-Courval. TIMELINE: Contract for architectural services to complete design and conduct construction surveillance has been awarded following request for proposals # DR24-PUB-103. Reference # 20034379. Contract for engineering services has been awarded following request for proposals # DR24-PUB-104. Reference # 20034885. 70% of design is to be completed by August 8, 2025. 100% of design is to be completed by October 3, 2025. Tender call is anticipated on December 11, 2025. Construction is expected to be completed by October 8, 2026. Further update in fall, 2025.
