Data Drop & Installation/Removal of Wi-FI Devices at CalVet Chula Vista Facilities. The objective of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to provide details and define the tasks and responsibilities of the "Contractor" and the California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet), hereafter referred to as the "State" or "CalVet," during the term of this Agreement. The Contractor shall provide equipment and installation of data drops to allow for the expansion of Wi-Fi accessibility to the Chula Vista Facility. The Contractor shall provide labor to remove and replace existing Wi-Fi devices at CalVet Chula Vista. The Contractor shall provide all products, equipment, tools, and labor required to achieve these tasks at the following location: Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Home of California (VHC) - Chula Vista 700 E. Naples Chula Vista, CA 91911 The State will not reimburse the Contractor for any travel related costs. Anticipated Agreement Start Date January 13, 2025. Question Deadline 12/16/2024 Response to Questions December 18, 2024. All questions and required attachments/documentation must be submitted electronically. Contractors and subcontractors performing cable and/or wiring installation work or structural modifications for the State are required to have the appropriate State Contractor's license. The company submitting the proposal, as well as any subcontractors performing the work, must have the appropriate license(s). The license must be in the name of the company or the name of the "qualifying individual" of the company. Complete and submit Form 13: Contractor's License Information, with Final Proposal submittal.
