Construction of Two Separate Buildings at 1500 / 1530 Dolgner Place This Project Consists of the Construction of Two (2) Separate Buildings on the Same Site. Each Building Will Consist of a One (1) Story Commercial/industrial Building. The Building is Preengineered Metal Building System With Metal Roof and Siding Installed on a Reinforced Concrete Slab-on-grade Foundation. Work Will Include but Not Be Limited to Aluminum Storefront Windows, Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Overhead Coiling Doors, Fixed Metal Louvers, Roof and Wall Insulation, Interior Metal Stud and Gypsum Partitions, Solid Core Wood Doors, Acoustical Tile Ceilings, Resilient Tile Flooring and Base, Interior and Exterior Painting, Toilet Accessories, Pre Protection Cabinets and Extinguishers, Architectural Casework, Solid Surfacing Countertops, Ceramic Tiling, Plumbing Fixtures and Piping, Hvac Equipment and Ductwork, Electrical Work and the Building Will Not Be Sprinklered or Fire Alarmed.
