Colliers Project Leaders is seeking the Services of a building science engineer to complete an investigation of all exterior doors at all 10 buildings within the Roy McMurtry Youth Centre. The intent of this project is to complete an investigation of all exterior doors at all ten (10) buildings within the Roy McMurtry Youth Centre (N04230). The scope should also include doors that are at the interior of entrance vestibules. An increasing number of issues have been reported with the hollow metal doors at site such as corrosion and misalignment within frames. TIMELINE: RFP for consultants has been issued by the Owner's Agent. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
