Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) Upper Great Plains Region (UGP) has a construction requirement for removing and disposing of approximately 6,500 square feet of asphalt shingles, providing standing seam roof with snow guards at the Warehouse, Office, and Vehicle Storage Building at the Sioux Falls Substation in Sioux Falls South Dakota. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work, including work of an incidental nature, in strict accordance with the Specifications, Drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resulting contract.
