Robles SBOP Manager Contracting Department Email: marisol.robles@saws.org Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for supplementing the Distribution and Collection Operations Group with outsourced construction services to perform the necessary remedial measures to renew or repair laterals owned by SAWS. The work will mitigate or prevent wastewater backups that are caused by blockages, malfunctions, or flow conditions in the Wastewater Collection and Transmission System owned by the San Antonio Water System, which includes sewer laterals owned by SAWS located primarily within, but not limited to, the Northeast Service Center service area for the 2025 Sanitary Sewer Laterals Renewal and Repair Construction Contract - Pkg 1. All bids must be accompanied by Certified or Cashier's Check or an approved Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, payable without recourse to the San Antonio Water System The Board reserves the right to exercise its judgment and reject such a bid as unqualified. If the Board nevertheless accepts such an unbalanced bid and the contract is awarded, the Board reserves the right to delete any or all of such items from the purchases to be made or work to be done.
