Vendors are asked to submit a quote and/or proposal document along with their bid response in the portal. SCOPE OF WORK: The District intends to purchase Core Switch equipment for use within the Technology division of the District. This solicitation is for the drop shipment of equipment only, per the specifications found in the Line Items section of this solicitation. INSTALLATION IS NOT REQUIRED AS PART OF THIS SOLICITATION. Please note that any specific models numbers are to be considered "or equivalent" as per ERate rules. The District will be purchasing four separate builds, predominantly for use in high school buildings (231 individual units in all - 221 in buildings, 10 as spares). NOTE: Concerning any SKUs for Cisco DNA; the District has a current Cisco Enterprise agreement through which DNA related SKUs will be processed. There should be no cost associated on the pricing proposal for those SKU line item in the respective package builds. Distribution for this equipment will be as follows: all delivered to Technology Services Center. The service implementation timeframe for these items is 04/01/2025 through 09/30/2025. The District may proceed with the purchase of these items regardless of ERate funding. Vendor shall certify that it is an Original Equipment Manufacturer ("OEM") Authorized Channel Partner as of the date of the submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization level required by the OEM to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable OEM certification/specialization requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Vendor shall warrant that the products are new and in their original box. The Vendor confirms to have sourced all OEM products submitted in this offer from the OEM or through the OEM's Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and current OEM's applicable policies, at the time of purchase.
