The Project 25-B-825/Lift Station No. 12 Seawall Replacement 8th Ave SW consists of the replacement of an existing concrete sheet pile wall and slope replenishment along the east side of McKay Creek, near the northeast corner of Bridge No. 154221 in Largo, FL. The wall replacement will extend approximately 95 feet, adjacent to the City's wastewater lift station at 2709 8th Ave. SW, and tie-in to the existing County-Owned sand-cement wall adjacent to the City's right-of-way. The seawall is to remain at the existing elevation with the exposed height from the top of the wall to the berm at approximately 7.83 ft. The existing concrete wall remain in place. Provide compacted sandy backfill to the top of the cap as needed. A floating turbidity barrier will be required in front of any work area. Deadline for questions is December 20, 2024.
