Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Kearney, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a 31,000-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project consists of a new addition of approximately 31,000 sf. The new addition consists of a new multipurpose room, girls wrestling room, ROTC program room, locker rooms, and mechanical rooms. Specific work to be included in Bid Package #1: Furnishing Architectural Precast panels and furnishing and installing synthetic turf and base course in the multipurpose room. All proposals shall remain in effect for a period of Forty-Five (45) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of propos-als. All bids are to be in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all other related Bid Documents, which can be viewed/obtained (electronically) from BD Construction. The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids and to reject a bid not accompanied by any requiring bid security or by other data required by the bidding documents; or to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular and to waive any informalities in any proposal.
