The primary elements of the scope of services include: Public Restrooms at Academic Core Building. - Modify and upgrade Men's, Women's & Unisex Restrooms to accommodate mobility impaired users.Collateral Areas at Academic Core Building. - Modify and upgrade collateral areas to accommodate the College's programmatic needs. The contractor shall provide labor and materials to replace existing toilets and construct ADA new toilets in the ACORE Building at York College.
