Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 12,378-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility.
Plans call for the construction of a 1-story fine arts addition to the existing high school and a 1-story free-standing pre-engineered metal storage building. The project will include finish renovations across the entire facility. The Project(s) consists of but is not limited to: Building Additions: Outdoor storage building for athletics, black box, two new art rooms and an auditorium storage. Architectural Renovations: Flooring, paint, acoustical ceiling, select doors/hardware replacement, restroom accessories, and casework campus wide. Athletic Field: 2 additional tennis courts and Track recoat. Replace auditorium controls, HVAC controls, chillers, and boilers. PN-2023-05942-00 Question Deadline 12/24/2024 Offerors and sub-Offerors requiring clarification or interpretation of the Proposal Documents shall make a written request using the form bound in the Project Manual, which shall reach the Architect at least ten (10) days prior to the date for receipt of proposals.
