Renovation of a medical facility in Columbus, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Project Location University Hospital New Patient Tower Submit all questions regarding this RFQ in writing to Natalie Jordan at jordan.872@osu.edu with the project number and name included in the subject line (no phone calls please). The project will design and construct a gift shop in a currently shelled space of the new Inpatient Hospital Tower on the Wexner Medical Center Campus. The space is located on the 2nd level of the new hospital which is set to open in quarter 1 of 2026. This project should also be completed for the opening of the new Tower. The aesthetic and finishes should align to the recently constructed building and surrounding spaces and all MEP systems to be coordinated to surrounding infrastructure. Working in and around active medical facilities and adjacent construction will need to be carefully coordinated.
