Site work for a transportation facility in Duluth, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
As of November 18, 2025, project bid tab identified. RRA requests responses to perform surveys, designs, environmental documentation and construction management services for the construction of a new 2.6 mile long, 10-footwide bituminous surfaced trail. This trail project begins with a bridge crossing of the West Two River and is located in the MnDOT right of way for a distance of approximately 2,000 ft. The remainder of the project is located within the City of Tower or DNR land. Responder understands that the County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any immaterial informality in a proposal, all in the sole discretion of the County. Bid open info : Proposals will be opened at St. Louis County Purchasing Division, 4787 Midway Road, Duluth, MN 55811. Any proposal received after the time and date specified may not be considered. Proposals will be opened publicly in a manner to avoid public disclosure of its contents. Only the names of the Responders will be read aloud. Proposals shall remain valid for ninety (90) days from the date opened. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
