The DESC seeks to replace its existing microwave radio hardware and associated equipment to ensure the continued operation of the New Hampshire Interoperable Communications Network (NHICnet). This equipment supports state, regional, and local public safety agencies 24 hours per day 365 day per year. The DESC requests the equipment list in Attachment 1 to include all required licensing and hardware maintenance for firmware updates, device monitoring, management, and maintenance for a 5-year period. It shall further include all required FCC licensing coordination, modification, and application submissions for approval. The successful bidder will provide four weeks of field support to include on site equipment and installation training for DESC staff. Upon completion of the hardware installation by DESC staff and any field service configurations or on-site engineering changes, the successful bidder will provide on-site training for up to ten (10) employees which covers the operation and maintenance of the system components and remote management interfaces. All requests must be received in writing no later than 2:30 PM on December 6, 2024. Responses to questions will be posted no later than 12/13/2024 at 4:00 PM. The term of the contract shall commence April 1, 2025, or upon execution by the Executive Council, whichever is later (the "effective date") and shall continue thereafter for a period of five years.
